Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Homefast platform available at homefast.cy ("Service"), operated by Arche Labs Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus ("Company", "we", "us").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Homefast is a collaborative rental search aggregator for Cyprus properties. The Service aggregates property listings from third-party websites, provides AI-powered analysis and scoring, and enables collaborative search among team members.

We do not own, manage, or control any of the properties displayed. Listings are sourced from third-party websites and may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date. We are not a real estate agency and do not act as an intermediary in any rental transaction.

3. Accounts

To use the Service, you must sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

You agree to provide accurate information and not to create accounts for fraudulent or misleading purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Homefast offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your paid period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice via email. Continued use after the price change constitutes acceptance.
• Promotional discounts are subject to their own terms and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service by automated means.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks.
• Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others, including property owners or agents.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful content.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze property listings, generate match scores, and provide insights. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated analyses. You should independently verify any information before making rental decisions.

7. Third-Party Content

Property listings displayed on Homefast are sourced from third-party websites. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of any listing information, including prices, availability, descriptions, or photographs.

We are not responsible for any transactions, disputes, or losses arising from your interactions with property owners, agents, or third-party websites.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and original content, is owned by Arche Labs Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission.

Your data and content remain yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arche Labs Ltd and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or EUR 100, whichever is greater.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections regarding liability, intellectual property, and governing law survive termination.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
